Brynwood first opened its doors in 1929 as one of the premiere private clubs in Milwaukee. Today Brynwood Country Club is a member owned club with a swimming pool, six tennis courts, volleyball court, full fitness center, a 72 par golf course, as well as complete dining and clubhouse facilities. Formed originally as a Jewish Country Club, Brynwood now prides itself on its diversity. Our membership is constantly evolving and the staff is always reinventing its offerings to meet the changing needs of our members. Executive Chef, Greg Abbate leads a magical team of inventive and talented culinarians who strive to make dining at Brynwood Country Club an amazing experience for each and every member. Chef Abbate, winner of the 2001 WRA Chef of the Year, is always at the forefront of new and exciting trends in the world of food and beverage and brings those ideas into every menu he creates.

There are few courses that can match our exhilarating challenge and picturesque natural setting. Originally designed by Harry Smead, the course has matured very well over the years and follows a master plan to continuously challenge the membership and upgrade the condition of the course.

David Twohig, PGA Professional, leads a superior team of individuals in our pro shop. Brynwood boasts three teaching professionals who can help you to keep your head down, your stance square and your stroke tight and straight.
